Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges when:

• The item is unused.
• Original tags remain attached.
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Sale items
• Clearance items
• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
